The film is made on a lavish scale. The film assumes the protagonist automatically has our empathy because is differently-abled. Puri Jagannadhs Liger had so much hype surrounding it before release theres only two ways it couldve gone.
11 hours agoLiger is an age-old story with flat narration has been added with some ridiculous twists and unwanted songs. While this cameo which the makers took a year to convince the former world boxing champion is intended to be the high point of the film but it turns out to be unintentionally funny. Movie is a boxing-based film in which Vijay Deverakonda plays a fighter.
The plot is filled with all kinds of outlandish situations and the treatment is jaded. There is no proper conflict in the film and the heros journey looks half baked. Vishnu Sharmas cinematography is top-class.
